Your trial and billing

The trial

Thirty days, for up to five people, with the full product. A card goes on file with our payment provider when you create the workspace, and nothing is charged during the trial. We never see the card number.

Day 31

Your plan starts on the day after the trial ends, on the plan you chose at sign-up:

• Monthly. £20 per user a month, billed monthly in advance on the people in use. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
• Annual. £16 per user a month, £192 per user a year, paid in advance.

A week before the trial ends we email you the date and the amount. Cancelling at any point before then is one click, and nothing is charged.

Documents

Every workspace includes 10,000 documents. Past that we contact you before anything changes: £10 per 1,000 documents a month, or an Enterprise deployment with a higher limit for a large corpus. There is never a surprise bill.

What is not on the bill

No set-up cost, no platform fee, and no charge for the AI model. You bring your own Claude or Codex subscription, and we add nothing to it.
