You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute the content for a commercial purpose without our written permission, and you may not use automated means to extract it in bulk. You must not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, to gain unauthorised access to it, or to introduce anything malicious to it.

3. What the content is, and is not

The information on this website is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate and current, and we say where a figure comes from. It is not advice, and it is not a contractual promise about the platform: descriptions of the platform on this website describe what it is designed to do, and the only warranties about the platform are those in the terms your organisation accepts when it creates a workspace. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.

4. The platform

Starting a trial, creating a workspace and using the platform are governed by the platform terms, the data processing agreement and the acceptable use policy that are presented for acceptance during sign-up. Those documents, and the list of sub-processors, are available on request from enquiries@instructedintelligence.com.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its design, its text, its diagrams and the Instructed Intelligence name and marks belong to Instructed Intelligence Limited or its licensors. Third-party marks shown on the website belong to their owners and are used to identify their products.

The website links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

7. Privacy and cookies

Our privacy notice explains what personal data we hold about the people who deal with us, why, and the rights you have over it. It also covers cookies and analytics on this website.
