You bring your own model, Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or one you host yourself, so inference is your contract with your provider at your rate. We do not sit in the middle of it and take a margin.

The trial exists so a team can find out whether this changes how they work before paying anything. Your plan starts on day 31; we name the date and the amount before it happens, and cancelling is one click.

FAQs
How are seats counted?+
On the people authorised in Vista, not on invitations sent. Remove someone and they are not counted from the next billing period. You can have any number of seats on Scale Up.
Can we change plan or add people part-way through?+
Yes. People can be added at any time and are billed from the next period on a monthly plan, or at the annual rate for the rest of the term on an annual plan. Switching between monthly and annual happens at renewal, in Vista.
Is there a minimum number of users or a minimum term?+
No minimum number of users. Monthly has no fixed commitment beyond 30 days' notice. Annual is a twelve-month term, paid in advance.
What happens if we cancel?+
Before day 31, nothing is charged. On a monthly plan, 30 days' notice; on an annual plan, the year runs to its end. Either way the workspace is kept read-only rather than deleted, and one action brings it back. Ask, and we delete it.
What if we pass 10,000 documents without noticing?+
Nothing changes until we have spoken. The limit is soft: we contact you before anything is charged, and you choose between £10 per 1,000 documents a month and an Enterprise deployment with a higher limit.
What is the difference between standard support and Enterprise support?+
Standard support is by email in UK business hours, with response targets by severity. Enterprise adds a named contact, an SLA with service credits, and account management.
