Cancelling, pausing and leaving

Before the trial ends

Cancel in one click from Vista at any point in the trial. Nothing is charged.

On a plan

Monthly plans end with 30 days' notice. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year.

What happens to your workspace

If your trial ends without a plan, or a plan lapses, your workspace is kept read-only. Every document and every answer stays where it was, and one action brings it back with everything intact. We do not delete it on lapse.

Deleting it

If you want it gone, ask. Your data is deleted or returned to you, as the data processing agreement sets out, and any individual's data can be exported or removed on request. Write to privacy@instructedintelligence.com.
