The knowledge compounds the moment a second person is in, because their documents and their corrections build on yours.

During the trial

Your trial covers up to five people. You can invite colleagues when you create the workspace, and add more from Vista at any time up to that number. Each person receives a sign-in link by email.

After the trial

Add as many people as you need. You pay per person using the workspace, at the rate on your plan, and seats are counted on the people in use, not the invitations sent.

Managing people

People, teams and licences are managed in Vista, the administration part of the platform. Administrators work there; nobody else needs to.
