Recording decisions and tracking work

Cornerstone holds what your organisation knows. The Coordinator holds what it is doing. Both are written to from the conversation you are already in.

Recording a decision

When you settle something in a chat, your assistant offers to record it. Say yes and it becomes a fact in Cornerstone, with you as its author and today as its date, that every session after this one reads from. Nothing is saved without your yes.

When a decision replaces an earlier one, the earlier fact is superseded and dated. It stays on the record; it is no longer what your assistant reads.

Tracking work

Ask for a piece of work and it goes onto the Coordinator as a ticket, with who is doing it and what was decided along the way. When it is done, the outcome is written back as a fact, so the next session starts from where this one ended.

Who can see what

A fact carries the access of the document it came from. Nobody is given knowledge from a document they could not have read.
